About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Design QA across the product lifecycle: define quality standards, run structured design reviews, and ensure shipped experiences meet expectations
Build and scale Design QA processes: review cadences, quality checklists, and feedback loops
Evolve the design system: components, patterns, tokens, and governance
Drive design system adoption and consistency across teams
Identify and reduce design debt and UI inconsistencies
Lead design initiatives end-to-end
Mentor designers on craft, system thinking, and QA practices
Ensure design fidelity in implementation with engineering
Partner with PM and Engineering to co-own product outcomes
Willing and able to teach others how to use AI in their workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years as a Product/UI Designer on complex products
Strong visual design craft and systematic thinking
Strong experience in Design QA and design review processes
Proven track record owning or scaling a design system
Experience identifying and addressing design debt
Ability to define and track design quality metrics
Expert in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping)
Experience working closely with engineering
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Experience using AI tools to accelerate design work
Nice to have: experience with design audits, Design tokens and design-to-code workflows, AEC/BIM domain experience, Motion design and micro-interactions, HTML/CSS understanding
