Requirements
- Some programming knowledge – Python scripting, working with APIs, and comfort with a “vibe coding” approach (using AI tools to build and iterate quickly)
- A strong systems-thinking mindset: you see a manual process and immediately think about how to automate it
- Comfortable working with SaaS admin consoles, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Highly proactive, independent, and comfortable making decisions with imperfect info
- Great communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, from marketing team to senior management
- Note: We are open to promising juniors. No prior IT support experience is needed – what matters is your mindset, curiosity, and ability to figure things out.
