About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their website needs, goals, and brand identity.
- Collect and organize all necessary information, including content, images, branding materials, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in using website builders, content management systems (CMS)—particularly WordPress.
- Collaborate closely with the design and development teams to relay client requirements.
- Coordinate project schedules and milestones, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure that the website meets client specifications.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to manage and update their website content.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, requirements, and project progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success, preferably in a SaaS company, website development agency, or a similar technology-focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using website builders, content management systems (CMS), or similar web development tools.
- Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose creative solutions.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
