Lead and maintain best practices for development and production infrastructure
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of our platform and products
Create robust automation
Contribute to data visibility and monitoring
Implement AI and LLM governance
Develop company-wide policies
Drive new technologies and POC implementations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional experience
Deep experience with full CI/CD implementation using GitHub Actions
Expert in repo management, Docker file optimization, and caching strategies
Proven expertise using Terraform to manage complex environments
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure networking, including VPNs, private endpoints, peering, and DNS
Core knowledge of Kubernetes and ArgoCD
Experience with DevSecOps (nice to have)
Independence to take a project from concept to completion with minimal supervision
Strong teamwork skills; collaboration with Developers, QA, and Management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
