About the role
- Own and execute inbound and outbound demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
- Build and manage marketing operations, optimizing tools, workflows, and processes for scale and efficiency
- Develop and execute digital and field marketing strategies aligned with Revefi’s GTM goals
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure tight alignment across the funnel
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations
- Own acquisition, setup, and ongoing optimization of tools across the entire revenue cycle
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on demand generation experience
- Proven experience driving demand at early-stage or startup environments
- Strong command of modern marketing and sales tech stacks (HubSpot, Apollo, Clearbit, Sendgrid, Seamless, or similar)
- Ability to operate independently as an individual contributor with minimal supervision
- Hands-on experience across both inbound and outbound marketing motions
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to move fast and iterate
