About the role

  • Own and execute inbound and outbound demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
  • Build and manage marketing operations, optimizing tools, workflows, and processes for scale and efficiency
  • Develop and execute digital and field marketing strategies aligned with Revefi’s GTM goals
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure tight alignment across the funnel
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations
  • Own acquisition, setup, and ongoing optimization of tools across the entire revenue cycle

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of hands-on demand generation experience
  • Proven experience driving demand at early-stage or startup environments
  • Strong command of modern marketing and sales tech stacks (HubSpot, Apollo, Clearbit, Sendgrid, Seamless, or similar)
  • Ability to operate independently as an individual contributor with minimal supervision
  • Hands-on experience across both inbound and outbound marketing motions
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to move fast and iterate
