About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with fellow Digital Workplace Engineers to ensure seamless service coverage throughout operating hours.
- Deliver a superior end-user service experience with positive outcomes, embracing continuous improvement.
- Own service requests end-to-end in a multi-stakeholder environment, seeing each through to closure.
- Act as the ambassador for digital workplace change management and end-user communications.
- Support and manage end-user computing devices.
- Support onsite audio/video technologies, including live event support.
- Provide first- and second-line remote support to Blackstone Asia Pacific portfolio companies and drive smooth onboarding.
- Communicate with third-party companies regarding warranties and service incidents.
- Document and maintain IT procedures and the knowledge base.
- Identify and work on continuous improvement opportunities across the service experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of IT Service Delivery experience (candidates with 3+ years preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, O365 / M365, mobile devices, AV/VC, printing, and facility technologies.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
- Working knowledge of IT connectivity, including network and Wi-Fi (sufficient to triage and escalate).
- Excellent customer-service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with diverse teams and a willingness to continuously learn in an evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Keeps abreast of the latest technology and cyber security trends.
