About the role
- Collaborate with payroll internal project group and vendor to understand and document business requirements
- Assist with delivering ADP Global Payroll for a complex operational model (multi-country, multi-entity operations)
- Support Revantage APAC Payroll implementation project through readiness and adoption activities, including training, data migration and validation planning and Go Live
- Support the People Ops team by maintaining strict confidentiality, data integrity, and governance across all people systems (Bamboo)
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance payroll accuracy, productivity, and team effectiveness during implementation/set up.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing payroll in Singapore
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with payroll vendors
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employment tax, and statutory regulations.
