About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support coordination meetings and delivery of key fund milestones
Assist fund team to strengthen performance and impact of awardees
Collect and analyze data for reports and donor updates
Support programme planning, tracking budgets, and managing documentation
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth fund operations
Develop and deliver capacity-building programs for awardees
Manage investment relationships and performance management for relevant awardees
Complete donor reporting on time and support fund close-out

Requirements

What you’ll need

Primary degree in a relevant area (e.g., business, social science, arts and humanities, or journalism)
2 years work experience demonstrating analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Experience in report writing
Strong analytical and numeracy skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other cloud-based systems
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
