Requirements

What you’ll need

You are currently studying marketing, media, communications, or a similar field
You can edit. You are proficient in at least one tool such as CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci
You have an eye for aesthetics and understand why some reels get 500 views while others get 500k
You are active on social media and do more than consume — you analyze
You work independently, are reliable, and don't need approval for every step
Bonus: You have previously built your own account or project
