About the role
- You take ownership of client projects in email marketing & Klaviyo: from flows to campaigns
- You develop strategies and implement designs & layouts (Photoshop/Canva/HTML), bringing your ideas to life
- You analyze data, generate insights and translate them into concrete, effective recommendations
- You work closely with me — together we drive brand growth
Requirements
- Experience with Klaviyo is requirement #1
- Design experience is not a nice-to-have but mandatory: you create layouts for campaigns, templates and more using Photoshop or Canva
- Strong communication and independence: you are not just an executor but are expected to function long-term as an Account Manager within the agency
