About the role

  • Manage project workflow and costs/expenses, while meeting the company's profit margins.
  • Manage sub-contractors.
  • Establish and communicate clear performance standards and project timelines.
  • Manage and supervise project workflow(s) to comply with assigned deadlines/schedules for residential remodeling.
  • Model professional customer service to employees.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of estimating experience in residential construction/remodeling
  • Xactimate proficiency
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or work-related experience
  • Experienced in reading, interpreting, and managing job scope in residential construction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Problem-solving proficiency
