About the role

  • You will work closely with our Head of Product
  • Co-responsible for the overall user experience of our platform
  • Understand, analyze, and prioritize user needs
  • Plan and conduct user research
  • Design user flows, wireframes, and interfaces
  • Iteratively improve existing features
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across the entire user journey
  • Translate product strategy into clear, understandable interfaces
  • Collaborate closely with development and research teams
  • Ensure quality from a UX perspective
  • Contribute to all communications (website, pitch decks, visual assets)
  • Ensure a consistent, clear design language
  • Evolve our visual identity

Requirements

  • Experience designing digital products (from discovery to interface)
  • Startup experience or an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to think strategically and execute operationally
  • Interest in healthcare and care delivery (experience is a plus)
  • Enjoy taking responsibility in a small, ambitious team
