FP&A Intern
ReSource ProFP&A Intern assisting with financial reporting and budgeting processes at ReSource Pro. Gaining hands-on experience and exposure to business performance analysis.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
- Compile and organize financial data from multiple sources to maintain data integrity.
- Support the analysis of actual vs. budget and forecast performance.
- Help track budget performance and update financial models and templates.
- Assist in gathering inputs from various departments for the budgeting process.
- Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and systems to ensure data consistency.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis requests as needed by the Finance team.
- Document processes and procedures to support reporting improvements.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through solution-oriented communication and teamwork.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and other MS Office tools.
- Ability to organize and interpret large sets of financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
