About the role
- Develop comprehensive data conversion strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data and document conversion goals, KPIs, and success metrics
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives to drive business growth, expand service offerings, and increase profitability
- Lead overall management of conversion initiatives including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and execution
- Monitor and track progress of conversion initiatives, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues
- Oversee the execution of conversion projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status and progress of conversion initiatives
- Conduct post-conversion reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
- Lead the product development process including defining product requirements, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high quality products on time and within budget;
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally (Marketing, Sales, Software Engineering) and externally (clients, Business Applications Team, IT team) to ensure alignment of data conversion efforts with overarching business strategies
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on best practices in AMS conversion and administration;
- Provide training to new team members
- Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in AMS administration and data conversion
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation;
- Proactively seek new opportunities and methodologies to enhance conversion strategies and drive business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Technology-related field
- 15+ years' of experience in technology consulting with a focus on Insurance Agency Management Systems
- Master of Insurance Agency Management Systems such as AMS360, BenefitPoint, Sagitta, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, ExLynx, TAM, etc.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certifications are a plus
- Strong technical skills in software development and system integration
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to critically evaluate information, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations
- Understanding of document management principles, file formats, and data integrity standards
- Proficient in SQL and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams
- Experience with data migration tools, platforms, and ETL process
