Develop and execute a comprehensive Zero Trust roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and the DoD Zero Trust Overlay, prioritizing IAM, micro-segmentation and endpoint security.
Lead cross-functional teams in defensive cyber operations and Zero Trust solution delivery.
Execute Zero Trust maturity assessments to identify capability gaps and build actionable roadmaps.
Act as liaison between leadership, mission partners, and technical teams.
Oversee integration of MFA, NAC, and PAM technologies.
Drive organizational transformation through training and communication.
Ensure compliance and effectiveness of the Zero Trust Architecture against evolving threats.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT program management
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory
CISSP or CISM certification is preferred
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance is required
In-depth understanding of NIST SP 800-207, CISA ZTA, and the DoD Zero Trust Overlay
Hands-on experience with cloud security and enterprise networking
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
