About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Capture high-quality interior and exterior photographs of residential and commercial properties
Plan and execute on-site shoots, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and framing
Edit and retouch images in line with brand and listing standards
Partner with Sales Managers and relevant teams to capture and showcase key property selling points based on client needs
Produce video content, virtual tours, and/or drone footage where required
Ensure timely delivery of visual content across listings, website, and marketing channels
Maintain an organized digital archive of all photographic assets
Stay up to date with photography trends, tools, and real estate marketing practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or certification in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)
Proven hands-on experience in photography (real estate, architectural, interior, or similar)
Solid understanding of photography techniques (lighting, composition, framing); advanced capabilities expected for more senior profiles
Proficiency in photo editing tools (e.g. Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop); video editing skills are a plus
Familiarity with drone photography and/or videography will be considered an asset
Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
