About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in preparing and reviewing technical designs in compliance with applicable standards and regulations;
Support coordination and compatibility checks between architectural and complementary discipline designs;
Monitor schedules and assist in planning project stages;
Support the preparation of technical specifications, quantity takeoffs and cost estimates;
Organize and update documentation and technical records;
Assist in deadline control to ensure efficient delivery of project phases;
Use technical drawing and modeling software (Revit) to support project activities;
Provide support in communication between clients, suppliers and the internal team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 1 year of experience with hydraulic and sanitary (plumbing) design projects;
Basic knowledge of technical drawing/modeling software (Revit);
Basic ability to read and interpret drawings and technical standards;
Proficiency with spreadsheets, project management tools and coordination with other disciplines;
Organized, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
