About the role

  • Assist in the preparation and review of technical designs in compliance with applicable codes and regulations;
  • Support the coordination and integration of architectural and complementary disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP);
  • Monitor schedules and assist in planning project phases;
  • Conduct technical surveys and gather information to support project development;
  • Assist in the preparation of descriptive reports, quantity takeoffs and cost estimates;
  • Organize and update technical documentation and records;
  • Support deadline control, ensuring efficient delivery of project milestones;
  • Use design and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, QiBuilder) to support activities;
  • Provide support for communication between clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Completed technical or higher education degree in Civil Engineering or related fields;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sanitary/hydrosanitary projects and fire prevention projects;
  • Basic knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, QiBuilder);
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and technical standards;
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management tools;
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
