About the role

  • Drive architectural discussions and make decisions affecting multiple teams or domains.
  • Design core libraries and internal packages; define standards for code quality, security (data at rest/transit), and documentation.
  • Partner with UX, backend, and product teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
  • Lead efforts to improve rendering, reactivity, and observability (metrics, monitoring, error tracking) at scale.
  • Grow the technical capability of Junior and SSr engineers through constructive feedback and code reviews.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered tools (Cursor/Copilot) to enhance developer experience and reduce technical debt.
  • High proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the SDK, rendering pipeline, and responsive design.
  • Proven experience with Clean Architecture, Layered Architecture, and advanced State Management (BLoC, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Expertise in secure architectures including MFA, Biometrics, SSO, and sensitive data handling.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
  • Solid experience with REST APIs, MethodChannels (native bridge), and complex third-party integrations.
  • Experience defining end-to-end testing strategies and managing CI/CD pipelines (pipelines, automation, deployments).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence engineering standards and mentor others.
  • Proficiency with Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, and performance profiling tools.
