About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Staunton, IL area
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you work
  • Two years of RN experience
  • Clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
  • Hospice experience preferred
  • Current driver’s license
  • Ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to and from patient locations
  • Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
