About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating healthcare and professional services of the Licensed Home Care Service Agency

Requirements
What you’ll need- NYS-licensed and currently registered as a registered professional nurse
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Two (2) years as a supervising community health nurse OR two (2) years of home care nursing experience plus a master's degree in nursing, public health, business administration, or another health-related field
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or agency employees
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, patients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
