About the role

Replicated is a commercial software distribution platform helping vendors distribute applications into self-hosted environments (VPC, on-prem, air gap) for ISVs and enterprises
Work on the Vendor Experience team focused on vendor accounts, team management, and policy configuration (Enterprise Vendor Portal)
Implement, test, and deploy enhancements across the stack (Typescript, React, Go, Kubernetes)
Work with product managers, designers, engineers, and customers to iterate features from prototype to GA
Contribute across product lifecycle: design, develop, document, test, integrate, deploy, and support
Mentor and be mentored; participate in on-call and support rotations
Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions
Champion a culture of quality and testing

Senior-level professional development experience with Typescript, React, and associated tooling
Production full stack experience with Go
Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical and product topics to leadership and stakeholders
Experience engaging with customers to understand their problems
Experience designing, building, and maintaining API services and datastores
Experience developing and shipping software in cloud-native, customer-facing infrastructure
Proven ability to deliver impactful contributions independently and collaboratively
Experience breaking down complex challenges into iterative deliverables
Experience delivering software within a modern CI/CD pipeline
Willingness to participate in support and on-call rotations
Mentoring and knowledge-sharing experience
