About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist users, business customers, and internal stakeholders with questions and issues related to our web and mobile applications.
- Test new features and bug fixes; support error identification and continuous improvement of the applications.
- Log requests and error reports in our ticketing system.
- Independently handle known or simpler cases.
- Document defects and steps to reproduce them.
- Prepare incoming cases for further handling by the development or analysis teams.
- Manually test new features and bug fixes and perform re-tests to support test documentation.
- Document known issues and resolutions to support our knowledge base.
- Work closely with development, QA, business analysis, and specialist teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in manual software testing, application support, or technical customer support
- Ability to investigate issues systematically and work with attention to detail
- Interest in software, APIs, or technical systems
- Initial experience in software testing, or a willingness to systematically test new features, bug fixes, and typical user workflows
- Good basic technical understanding
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Experience with Jira or Jira Service Management is a plus
- Clear and reliable communication in German and good proficiency in English
