About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting end users, business clients and internal stakeholders with questions and issues related to web and mobile applications.
Verifying implemented features, bug fixes and tickets; testing acceptance criteria.
Performing active QA tasks throughout the software development process.
Performing bugfix retests, providing feedback prior to release and assisting with testing.
Documenting incidents, solutions, workarounds and known error patterns.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in software testing/QA, application support, technical support with close collaboration to development, or software development with an interest in QA and support.
An understanding of how software is tested, reviewed and accepted in the development lifecycle.
Ability to systematically isolate, reproduce and document bugs in a clear and traceable manner.
Experience or interest in manual testing, acceptance criteria, test cases, bugfix retests, smoke tests, regression testing or UAT.
Basic technical understanding in one or more areas: web technologies, APIs, mobile apps, logs, monitoring or basic networking concepts.
Confident use of ticketing systems, ideally Jira Service Management.
Structured, autonomous and sustainable way of working.
Clear and reliable communication in German and English with users, business clients and technical teams is a matter of course for you.
