About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take professional responsibility for the company’s business activities in the region
- Provide comprehensive account management for existing customers and acquire new customers
- Continuously expand business relationships
- Maintain long-term customer relationships
- In collaboration with the Country Manager, prepare a business case for expanding operations in your region
- Manage and support the preparation of quotes and processing of orders

Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in professional lighting, electrical engineering or technical systems solutions, with proven success in project business and new customer acquisition
- Strong hunter mentality with enthusiasm for active prospecting, business development and building sustainable customer relationships
- Field sales experience with structured self-organization
- Confident presence, strong closing skills and negotiation ability
- Good written and spoken English for collaboration with international stakeholders and internal contacts
