Key responsibilities & impact

You schedule qualified meetings, laying the foundation for successful sales conversations
You research target companies and identify relevant contacts and decision-making structures
You proactively reach out to potential customers (outbound) and develop new leads to expand the sales pipeline
You document your activities in the CRM and continuously monitor the pipeline and KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally, you have initial experience in the IT, software, or SaaS environment
You communicate persuasively, present yourself confidently, and enjoy proactive outreach and networking
You are interested in sales, digital solutions, and building sustainable customer relationships
You work independently, are goal-oriented, and show a strong willingness to learn
Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
