About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You schedule qualified appointments, laying the foundation for successful sales conversations
  • You research target companies and identify relevant contacts and decision-making structures
  • You proactively approach potential customers (outbound) and generate new leads to grow the sales pipeline
  • You document your activities in the CRM and continuously monitor the pipeline and KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in the IT, software, or SaaS environment
  • You communicate persuasively, present yourself confidently, and enjoy proactive outreach and networking
  • You are interested in sales, digital solutions, and building sustainable customer relationships
  • You work independently, are goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
