Sales Development Representative, SaaS

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You schedule qualified appointments, laying the foundation for successful sales conversations
- You research target companies and identify relevant contacts and decision-making structures
- You proactively approach potential customers (outbound) and generate new leads to grow the sales pipeline
- You document your activities in the CRM and continuously monitor the pipeline and KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally, you have initial experience in the IT, software, or SaaS environment
- You communicate persuasively, present yourself confidently, and enjoy proactive outreach and networking
- You are interested in sales, digital solutions, and building sustainable customer relationships
- You work independently, are goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
