About the role

  • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective);
  • Use Azure DevOps or other agile management tools;
  • Develop and track Agile metrics (velocity, lead time, burn-down, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields such as Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related areas
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and servant leadership
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented
  • Experience with software development teams, minimum 6 months.
