Key responsibilities & impact

Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective);
Use Azure DevOps or other agile management tools;
Develop and track Agile metrics (velocity, lead time, burn-down, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields such as Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related areas
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and servant leadership
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented
Experience with software development teams, minimum 6 months.
