About the role
- Ensure the quality of our products
- Lead the quality assurance team
- Operational participation in production-related activities with on-site presence
- Establish and develop inspection procedures and quality standards
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings to optimize process stability
- Strategically develop the areas with regard to future brand development potential and investment planning
- Close cooperation with QHSE management, complaint handling, material compliance and operational plant safety
Requirements
- Completed technical degree in mechanical engineering or qualification as a master craftsman/technician
- Professional experience in special machine construction with a focus on machining is desirable
- Several years of managerial experience in quality assurance
- Strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels, problem-solving competence and a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to actively participate in production activities
- SAP knowledge and an affinity for IT
- Good English skills (C1)
