About the role
- Designing, planning and conducting audits
- Performing technical and process-related inspections
- Analyzing and evaluating production and operational processes
- Identifying technical risks and control weaknesses and developing recommendations for action
- Preparing reports and presentations for management
- Documenting findings in structured audit reports
- Supporting technical improvement and digitization projects
- Advising management
Requirements
- University degree in engineering or industrial engineering with a technical focus
- Several years of professional experience in production, maintenance, technical inspection/audit, or manufacturing optimization / Operational Excellence
- Solid understanding of production and manufacturing processes, technical systems and maintenance strategies
- Proficiency in process analysis and process analysis methodologies
- Knowledge of Lean Management, TPM, Six Sigma or ISO standards is an advantage
- Experience in internal audits or comparable activities
- Confident user of MS Office, SAP and technical analysis systems
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills, technical understanding and a structured way of working
