About the role

  • Overall responsibility for national and international customer programs across the entire product lifecycle
  • Primary point of contact for customers, government agencies, procuring authorities, end users and partner companies
  • Responsible for commercial program targets (revenue, EBIT and cash)
  • Management and oversight of order fulfillment taking into account technical, logistical, commercial and legal aspects
  • Support in contract review and implementation, and monitoring of payment and delivery terms
  • Planning, control and management of resources and milestones to meet contractual obligations
  • Identification and management of risks and implementation of change requests
  • Preparation of documents, reports, KPIs and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in international program, project or order/contract management
  • Experience working with public-sector clients
  • Knowledge of procurement and contract law is an advantage
  • Professional experience in the defense industry
  • Project management certification GPM/IPMA Level D or equivalent
  • Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and project management tools
  • Business‑fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
