About the role

  • Disciplinary and technical leadership of the Key Account Management team of 15 employees
  • Development and implementation of long-term strategic account management strategies
  • Direct management and nurturing of key accounts
  • Ensuring excellent customer retention and identifying growth opportunities
  • Responsibility for sales processing from quotation to order
  • Setting and monitoring sales targets, budget planning and control
  • Translating strategic objectives into daily operations and maximizing profitability
  • Collaborating with other departments to develop tailored solutions

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Proven leadership experience in key account management, ideally with sales experience
  • Business-fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel internationally
