About the role

  • Operational implementation of the Operations Strategy with a focus on assembly
  • Implementation of optimization projects as project or sub-project leader
  • Communicate strategic topics across all organizational levels
  • Focus on standardization and interfaces to digitalization methods
  • Track and report project progress to management
  • Ensure end-to-end cost transparency (CAPEX/OPEX) for optimization projects
  • Identify and evaluate further production optimization opportunities in assembly
  • Develop and further advance innovative AI solutions in production

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or a related field
  • Some professional experience preferred
  • Experience in project management and expertise in factory planning, production/logistics planning, and solid knowledge of Lean methods (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping)
  • Experience in work study/time measurement and proficiency in SAP
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Quick comprehension and a structured way of working
  • Willingness to travel for business
  • Team-oriented approach and high commitment
