About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage systems and network infrastructure projects and implement them on-site or remotely
- Manage workstation installation and deployment projects and carry them out
- Integrate, configure and put our solutions into production
- Prepare prototypes and mock-ups when necessary
- Write technical and organizational procedures and deliverables
- Provide on-site client support as part of time-and-material contracts or managed services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years' experience deploying and managing infrastructure
- Broad skills with workstation/desktop environments
- Experience with Windows Server environments
- Virtualization skills: Hyper-V / ESX
- LAN and WAN network architecture (VLAN, NAT, routing, ...)
- Wi‑Fi
- Email environments: Office 365, POP/SMTP, mail relay
- Firewall knowledge and security rule configuration
- VPN clients (IPsec and SSL)
- Veeam backup
- Infrastructure administration and Active Directory
- Knowledge of the M365 / O365 suite
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Autonomy and strong organizational skills
- Excellent client relations: empathy and energy when working with clients
