About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Correctional Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN ) performs the hemodialysis treatment procedure delivering safe, efficient care of the highest quality and provides specialized registered nursing care in accordance with state law.
- Using professional nursing knowledge base acts as a resource for staff.
- You will be utilizing your assessment skills, technical skills, collaborative skills, documentation skills, and leadership qualities daily.
- In addition to the healthcare team, you are also required to maintain strong relationships, regular communication, and visibility with clients.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
- Current RN License for Arkansas & current CPR certification (or within three months of hire).
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.
- One year of Hemodialysis RN experience is required (two to three years of experience preferred).
- Experience must be within the past two years.
