Key responsibilities & impact

Perform the hemodialysis treatment procedure delivering safe, efficient care of the highest quality
Provide specialized registered nursing care in accordance with state law
Utilize assessment skills, technical skills, collaborative skills, documentation skills, and leadership qualities
Maintain strong relationships, regular communication, and visibility with clients
Complete company clinical training program for inexperienced Dialysis RNs
Understand and record patient responses to renal failure and its treatments
Set correct priorities for patient care based on current knowledge
Develop, implement, and evaluate appropriate care plans for patients
Communicate significant information to the appropriate team member clearly
Administer medications when ordered
Obtain all laboratory specimens as ordered and perform routine tests
Ensure confidentiality of patient, employee, and/or company information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent
Current RN License for Pennsylvania & current CPR certification (or within three months of hire)
Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
Strong technical/computer proficiency with laptops, tablets, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc.
