Full-Time Dialysis Registered Nurse, RN

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform the hemodialysis treatment procedure delivering safe, efficient care of the highest quality
- Provide specialized registered nursing care in accordance with state law
- Utilize assessment skills, technical skills, collaborative skills, documentation skills, and leadership qualities daily
- Maintain strong relationships, regular communication, and visibility with clients
- Participate in teamwork and coordinate care with the healthcare team
- Perform thorough patient assessments as evidenced by documentation and feedback to the nurse in charge
- Recognize changes in patients on dialysis and make necessary adjustments in their therapy
- Develop, implement, and evaluate appropriate care plans for patients
- Document in a clear, concise, and thorough manner
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent
- Current RN License for Tennessee & current CPR certification (or within three months of hire)
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
- One year of Hemodialysis RN experience is required (two to three years of experience preferred)
- Experience must be within the past two years
- Strong technical/computer proficiency with laptops, tablets, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc.
