About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Clinical Coordinator (CC) is responsible for all overall operations and activities of the smaller-sized dialysis units operated by Rendevor Dialysis.
  • Uses clinical/nursing knowledge and dialysis experience to ensure quality measures are met by delivering safe dialysis treatments.
  • Develops, trains, coaches, acts as a resource and oversees clinical teammates assigned to the unit as well as coordinates activities with the technical personnel.
  • Provides excellent customer service and maintains strong relationships through effective communication and visibility with providers, DOC/BOP, Managed Healthcare Organization, Post Acute, Hospitals, etc.
  • Responsible for financial management such as inventory/supplies, accurate staffing efficiencies and ensuring compliance with applicable company and state regulatory requirements.
  • Reports to the Regional Director as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduation from an Accredited Nursing School or Equivalent
  • Current RN License for Indiana & current CPR certification (or within three months of hire)
  • One year of Hemodialysis RN experience is required
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand and satisfactorily communicate in English.
  • Strong technical/computer proficiency with laptops, tablets, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc.
  • Ability to quickly learn a variety of technical systems and equipment
