About the role

  • Providing professional basic nursing care (including assistance with personal hygiene, nutrition, toileting and mobility) is a key focus of your role
  • You care for our clients according to medical instructions (e.g., medication administration, wound care, blood glucose measurement, etc.)
  • To build a trusting relationship with our clients, it is also important to involve their relatives in the care process and to inform them about progress or the current health status
  • Care documentation is an important part of your daily work, and you understand the need to complete it carefully
  • Each team member is responsible for contributing to a collegial and warm working atmosphere for the benefit of both employees and clients

Requirements

  • Completed training as a health and nursing assistant / nursing aide / care assistant, etc. (NOT mandatory)
  • Experience in the care sector (desirable), but career changers are also warmly welcome
  • Good German language skills (at least B2 level)
  • Class B driving license (mandatory)
  • Team spirit, flexibility and a high level of responsibility
  • Strong social skills (especially empathy)
