About the role
- Review, document, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve customer’s data related issues
- Advanced PL/SQL queries, scripts, stored procedures, materialized views, and views
- Design, develop and maintain reports using Crystal reports and other tools
- Respond to requests within expected SLA timeframes
- Work closely with the software engineering teams to close data related defects in the software
- Develop new strategies and build internal processes to support the team
- Create documentation and materials to educate customers and team members on data aspects of the product
- Follow best practices around troubleshooting procedures and runbooks
- Provide knowledge base and help artifacts to increase customer self-service options
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software development, computer science, business intelligence, data management, or other related fields
- 3-5 years experience with SQL procedures and advanced queries, specifically Oracle PL/SQL
- Strong communication skills
- Financial Services experience preferred
- Experience with business intelligence tools, specifically Metabase and Crystal Reports
- Experience with Oracle Forms
- Cloud data warehouse experience, Snowflake is preferred
