About the role

  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Charitable Strategists and SMEs.
  • Build the team’s expertise in charitable giving vehicles, Ren’s platform, facilitation skills, and consultative selling.
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs, and development pathways; coach team members in building networks within the advisor and wealth ecosystems.
  • Design and execute the national field strategy to drive advisor education, adoption, and charitable planning usage.
  • Build scalable territory plans, engagement models, event playbooks, and workflows.
  • Ensure strong field execution across advisor consultations, trainings, webinars, roadshows, conferences, and partner enablement.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with high-value advisors, private wealth teams, and key industry influencers.
  • Equip the team to build and nurture high-quality networks and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify advisor segments and markets with the greatest charitable planning opportunity; represent Ren at key field events.
  • Build systems to capture advisor and partner feedback and surface insights across the organization.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative data into themes and recommendations for Product, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership.
  • Ensure insights inform roadmap decisions, service enhancements, messaging, and GTM strategy.
  • Develop scalable processes, CRM standards, reporting tools, and activity frameworks.
  • Analyze field engagement data to evaluate performance and guide strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement through new tactics, best practices, and operational innovations.
  • Partner with Finance and drive internal enablement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in financial services, charitable planning, wealth management consulting, or advisor-facing roles.
  • 5+ years leading field sales, consulting, or education teams.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management distribution channels (RIA, IBD, wire house, private wealth).
  • Expertise—or ability to rapidly acquire expertise—in charitable giving vehicles such as donor-advised funds and trusts.
  • Exceptional presentation, influence, and communication skills, with experience coaching others to mastery.
  • Proven ability to create scalable frameworks for team development, field operations, and performance management.
  • Highly analytical, organized, and effective at synthesizing market insights.
  • Passion for philanthropy and enabling advisors to deliver meaningful impact to their clients.
