About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support in administrative, financial, logistics, and human resources (HR) areas
- Handle communications with suppliers and clients, providing and collecting information
- Organize, verify, and control various documents
- Support field teams with operational and administrative tasks
- Request payments for invoices and advances for expenses (meals, lodging, transportation, etc.)
- Monitor team mobilization and demobilization, including vehicle requests and ticket purchases
- Advise employees on fiscal documentation and expense verification
- Assist with cost control and the preparation of project financial spreadsheets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma (college/university studies in progress preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Office suite
- Organized, good communication skills, and proactive.
