About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and Lead Promotional and Category management Strategy : Create and implement strategic campaign plans aligned with business goals, seasonal trends, and product performance data.
- Drive Sales and Category Growth : Optimize category performance and drive revenue growth by designing the whole promo calendar, strategy and tactics tailored to product lifecycle and customer behavior.
- Team Leadership : Lead and support the commercial team, fostering skill development, ownership, and operational clarity, with a view toward building a more structured and scalable setup over time.
- Budget and Forecasting Ownership : Own and manage the campaigns budget and forecast, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution and strong ROI.
- Campaign Planning & Execution : Oversee the planning and execution of merchandising initiatives and promotions across channels and touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate Product, Marketing, and FP&A teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution of trade marketing initiatives across channels.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze sales data and customer insights to continuously optimize campaigns, assortments, and channel performance.
- Market Trend Analysis : Stay informed on industry and competitor trends and translate them into actionable strategies for market leadership.
- Customer-Centric Initiatives : Champion customer needs and preferences in all campaign strategies, enhancing engagement and retention.
- Reporting of commercial KPIs (order value, margin AOV, ASP, split by country/category) to Chief Revenue Officer.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing or merchandising, ideally within e-commerce or fashion retail.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a commercial mindset and proficiency in using data tools and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of consumer trends, retail dynamics, and marketing principles.
- Fluency in English (professional level).
