About the role

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for various operational roles, including managing inbound candidate traffic and ensuring a smooth hiring flow.
  • Provide clear, timely communication and feedback to candidates and hiring teams, while serving as the main point of contact for all recruitment-related inquiries.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify top-tier candidates through resume screening and initial calls.
  • Develop candidate reports for key roles, outlining target profiles and building strong talent pipelines.
  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including direct search, referrals, and proactive pipeline building.
  • Represent the company in job fairs, events, and university recruiting initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to have: Experience working with Google Workspace.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
