About the role
- Architect Partnerships: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for complex, high-value B2B deals (Consignment, Trade-in, and Circularity-as-a-Service)
- Conduct Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth
- Target expansion: identify high-value categories, retailers, brands, and partners and convert them into active accounts
- Strategic selling: craft customized partner value propositions and commercial models (consignment, trade-in) that align with partner objectives
- Cross-functional delivery: coordinate with operations, product, marketing, and IT to ensure smooth onboarding, launch, and account success
- Forecasting & CRM: maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM, report weekly to leadership, and optimize conversion metrics
- Represent Remix: present at partner meetings, industry events, and conferences; act as a persuasive ambassador for our mission
Requirements
- 7+ years quota-bearing B2B business development or enterprise sales experience
- Experience selling to retailers, brands, marketplaces, or fashion/apparel channels strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills; comfortable with complex commercial models (consignment, revenue-share, trade-in)
- Expert outbound skills: cold outreach, prospecting cadences, objection handling, and executive selling
- Data-driven: comfortable with CRM, pipeline forecasting, and KPIs
- Strategic Negotiator: building credibility by viewing 'no' as the start of a negotiation and 'ambiguity' as an opportunity to build something new
- Self-starter, tenacious, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration; willing to travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA a plus
