National Director – Health Plan Growth
Reliant Health PartnersNational Director of Health Plan Growth leading enterprise sales efforts. Driving net-new business and building relationships across national and regional health plans with innovative healthcare solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and execute the full enterprise sales lifecycle from initial outreach through contract close
- Drive net-new logo acquisition within targeted national and regional health plan accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans within complex payer organizations
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across target accounts
- Navigate multi-year agreements, pilot programs, and phased enterprise implementations
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Client Success teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Represent Reliant Health Partners at industry conferences, executive meetings, and strategic events
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of enterprise B2B or healthcare sales experience
- Proven success selling into health plans, payers, or payer-adjacent organizations
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior operational leaders
- Track record of closing complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and business acumen
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and competitive with a strong sense of ownership
