About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure quality, integrity, and reliability of enterprise data warehouse applications
Validate data transformations and develop automated testing solutions
Perform database testing and ensure accurate reporting across cloud-based data platforms
Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business analysts
Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks for ETL, database, and regression testing
Execute data validation, reconciliation, row count, aggregate, and data integrity testing
Validate cloud-based data platforms including AWS, Databricks, Redshift, Amazon S3, and RDS
Develop test plans based on business requirements and acceptance criteria
Participate in system integration, regression, and performance testing
Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates Degree or equivalent experience
4 Years experience
3 years of Test Automation experience
Experience developing test plans through data driven testing
Experience in ETL Testing, Backend Database Testing, and Data Validation.
Strong SQL skills using Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift.
Experience developing manual and automation testing solutions.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, Databricks, and data warehouse environments.
Healthcare domain experience is a plus
Experience creating data-driven test plans and validating large datasets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
