About the role

  • Relai is on a mission to simplify Bitcoin saving and investing.
  • As Europe’s fastest growing Bitcoin-only investment app, we’re rapidly scaling and to support this growth, we’re building a lean and high-performing finance team ready to drive impact.
  • You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and our community to design elegant, functional, and engaging experiences that make complex financial processes feel effortless.
  • Lead the entire design process: research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and final UI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user journeys, flows, and interactions.
  • Create pixel-perfect designs for mobile and web that meet brand and UX guidelines.
  • Advocate for the user, embedding accessibility, trust, and clarity in all touchpoints.
  • Maintain and evolve our design system for consistent branding and UX across platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product design, preferably mobile-first fintech or crypto.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/UX skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
  • Understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user research methods (quantitative data analysis is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment (AI-assisted workflows are a plus).
  • Passion for Bitcoin and familiarity with Bitcoin/crypto apps for research and benchmarking.
