About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading a team of technical consultants and business analysts to manage consulting clients and technical projects
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Implementing life reinsurance solutions and services to clients
- Overseeing the accurate collection, documentation, and analysis of business requirements for client projects
- Providing training in the use of the TAI system and reinsurance processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years overall insurance experience
- Proven knowledge of life insurance and annuity accounting concepts
- 7+ years of experience in a senior life insurance or reinsurance role
- 5+ years of management experience
- University degree in computer science, actuarial science, finance, or accounting - Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint - Required
- Effective gap-analysis and report writing skills - Required
- Proven track record of understanding client expectations
- Ability to lead a team of consultants and business analyst
