About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the operational execution of investment compliance across the investment lifecycle
- Direct and develop a team of managers and professionals responsible for compliance operations
- Oversee guideline coding and compliance rule governance
- Provide enterprise oversight of compliance monitoring and attestation processes
- Ensure execution and governance of sanctions, watchlist, and restricted party screening
- Operationalize global compliance requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related field
- 12–15+ years of experience in investment compliance operations, investment operations controls
- Deep understanding of investment guidelines, trade lifecycle mechanics
- Proven experience building or transforming compliance operating models
- CFA, JD, or CRCM preferred
